"Phoebe" is the fifth piece in the 9-day challenge. 
The suggested theme that got picked was "a dog with a glass of champagne". 
It was a friday and I was in the mood for a "fun" piece. I do paint a lot of animals - especially dogs, so it was a natural selection for the collection.
